In today’s materialistically driven society, life can often feel like a huge emptiness filled up with hectic activity that has no place for YOU,the person. Feelings of depression and hopelessness often lurk beneath successful exteriors and can be symptomatic of leaving yourself out of the daily routine of your own life. Psychosynthesis invites you back in.
If you find yourself endlessly striving, with very little time for joy or acknowledging achievements it can leave you feeling like a failure despite a confident facade. Do you ever find yourself looking in the mirror and wondering,‘Who is that? How did I get here?’
When questions like these go unanswered,or in some cases unasked, life can feel heavy, dull and meaningless. Every day has the same quality of struggling to get by.
If the above is sounding familiar to you, you’re not alone. Each of us has our own story but often the experience of feeling LOST or in some way ‘outside’of your life feels familiar.
How does this happen?
Many things can cause us to feel lost. It could be because of a sudden trauma such as a death or loss of relationship. In some cases it’s an old nagging certainty that things are not as they should be finally making it’s presence felt to the point that it takes over your life. It can happen when we have achieved what we set out to achieve and feel a sense of loss or anti-climax when it’s over.
What we are truly missing in each case is a sense of purpose and meaning in our lives that connects us with the deeper, truest part of ourselves;the essential Self. Let me give you some hope. It doesn’t have to stay that way, there is a way out,or rather a way back in to your Self.
Finding your way home.
Every now and then you meet a person who seems to have a strange and beguiling kind of strength about them. It’s an attractive quiet sort of power they seems to exude from the very centre of their being. I call this mysterious force,a presence to Self. We all have this magical quality within us,so what makes these people so different?
The only difference is they are ‘present to Self’. Sadly most of us are simply NOT connected to the Self.
Self is,Self is becoming and the ego or personal self is the means by which the Self manifests.

Not everyone is ready to do this type of self-development.
Let me ask you this, are you willing to live the life you were born to lead?
To feel safe enough to be different?
To fully become the unique individual you really are?
To develop your own style?
To embrace your own particular strangeness?
To develop life skills,relationship skills?
To stand in your own shoes and walk to your own beat?
It is,and has always been,a privilege and an honour for me to walk alongside anyone making the journey towards the true Self.
